About our speaker: 

Matt Bradbury founded Business Acquisition & Merger Associates in 2004 and closed his first main street transaction in 2005. Fast forward to today and Matt notes BAMA will close north of $200M in transactions in 2021.  He and his firm have closed more than 160 transactions, representing close to $1.2B in transaction value; Most of these transactions were to private equity groups, public companies and high net worth individuals.  50% of his firm retained buy-side representation and 50% is sell-side representation.
