Vice President & Managing Director of George and Company.  Lefebvre has worked for over 20 years in the field of business brokerage and mergers & acquisitions.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of the New England Business Brokers Association, and holds the designation of Certified Business Intermediary, awarded by the International Business Brokers Association.  His expertise centers on initiating and managing complex deal structures to a successful conclusion.  He has broad experience across business sectors; his expertise includes cash flow analysis, valuation, and financing.    He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts (Dartmouth), and attended the Graduate School of Social Science at the University of Connecticut.  In 1979, Jeff started a sustainable energy company, and was responsible for the installation of several hundred solar energy systems in southern New England.
